Our spacious on-site fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via room key access. Fully-equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and free weights, you will also find complimentary towels and chilled water, everything you need for a great workout. Who says you can’t stay in shape while you travel? We also have brand new boxing equipment from NYC’s famous G&S Sporting Goods, yoga mats, body balls and steps! Prefer to work out in your room? Then have a yoga mat brought up to you! We’re happy to accommodate.
NU YOU TUESDAYS AND BIKES!
NU You Tuesdays – a day dedicated to fitness each week – begin early with a 7:00 a.m. 5K Brooklyn Bridge Run*, led by the hotel’s general manager and head fitness guru. The run starts from the hotel lobby and circles at the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge.
The hotel also invites guests to experience the neighborhood by hitting the streets on Brooklyn Cruisers, bicycles made by the eponymous local company. In early September, the hotel introduced five new stylish commuter bicycles available for hotel guests to borrow free of charge. NU Hotel Brooklyn already had three bikes, but that was not enough to satisfy the demand!
